How It Works
Lost objects are not, in the strictest sense, lost. They have merely fallen out of the finder's perceptual field. The Salts — grey-rose mineral, cast upon the floor in a small handful — reestablish resonance with the object's last known coordinates.
The ritual takes roughly forty seconds and requires no sweeping afterward. The Salts simply vanish.
